You may have just won an award from a judge,
but how many souls did you actually touch?
What is the underlying motivation for the music that you write?
It doesn’t really matter because they can’t be categorized as wrong or right.
Then how do you decide which music is better or worse?
Just like people, music is very diverse.
It’s foolish to think someone can decide the worth of a piece of art.
The only thing that really matters is whether it changed the direction of someone’s heart. <3
